The revision of Debye formula

  • 摘要: 从惠更斯-菲涅耳原理出发对德拜公式进行了修正,用修正后的公式同LI和WOLF给出的公式及原德拜公式,对汇聚球面波经圆孔衍射作了详细的计算和比较。研究表明,几何焦点附近,修正后的公式在小菲涅耳数时仍有效,在一定范围内解决了原德拜公式不能计算的焦移的问题。
    Abstract: According to the Huygens-Fresnel principle,Debye formula is revised.By using the revised Debye formula the diffraction of a converging spherical wave at a circular aperture is studied and the results are compared in detail with those obtained by using the Li-Wolf formula and original Debye formula.It is shown that the revised Debye formula is still valid for the low Fresnel number near the geometric focus and can give focal shift that can not be predicted in the use of the Debye formula.
