摘要: 为了研究冰洲石氟化钡紫外偏光镜的光束偏离角随波长的变化规律,利用数值计算软件进行了分析,得出了偏离角的光谱特性,并据此提出了两种修正光束偏离角的方法。通过修正,使得偏离角从0.2°减小到0.05°,改善了偏光镜的性能。Abstract: In order to studty the spectral character of the calcite/BaF2 UV polarizing prism beam deviation angle,the mathematical software Origin7.0 is analyzed and two means are designed to modify the beam deviation angle.
