The experimental study about the diffusivities of amino acids in aqueous solution

  • 摘要: 氨基酸在水溶液中扩散行为的研究具有非常重要的理论及指导意义。采用实时激光全息干涉法对甘氨酸、L-丙氨酸和L-缬氨酸在298.15K水溶液中的扩散行为进行了研究,计算得到了5个不同浓度下的扩散系数,并对实验结果及扩散系数的影响因素进行了分析和讨论,为进一步研究甘氨酸、L-丙氨酸和L-缬氨酸在水溶液中的扩散行为和传质机理打下了基础。
    Abstract: Amino acid is of virtual significance to investigate t he diffusion behavior of amino acid in aqueous solution.Real-time holographic i nterferometer is employed to study the diffusion of glycine,alanine,valine aci d at 298.15K,and diffusion coefficients under 5 various concentrations are meas ured respectively.In addition,the experimental results and affecting factors a re analyzed and discussed.This investigation provides a fundament to profoundly study the diffusion and mass transfer mechanism of amino acid in aqueous soluti on.
