Research on the method of creation of shocked trace during laser shock

摘要: 为适应现代制造业产品快速更新的市场竞争需要,实现板料的快速高效、低成本的生产要求,根据激光冲击成形的原理、特点,在STL模型的分层处理技术的基础上,提出了一种新的算法,从而完成了激光冲击过程中激光头的运动轨迹的自动生成。这项技术解决了激光冲击成形的连续加工问题。计算机仿真结果表明,对于一般简单形状的板料加工,成形尺寸基本满足要求。用该方法进行冲击轨迹的获得尚在研究与开发阶段。Abstract: In order to adapt to market competition needs of rapid product update of the modern manufacture and to achieve sheet metal production rapid,effective and low-cost requirements,according to the theory and characteristic of the creation of laser concussion,a new arithmetic based on the slicing technology of STL model was brought forward to achieve the auto-generation of laser head movementtrace in laser concussion.This technology can solve the problem of continuous process dusing laser concussion.The emulational result shows that the figuration dimensions of the cracked sheet metal basically satisfy requirements.This method is still in the phases of research and development.
