半导体激光器远场光强特性分析

摘要: 利用傅里叶变换及坐标变换的方法推导了处于空间任意位置的半导体激光器远场模场表达式,在此基础上对半导体激光器相对于原点发生平移及转动情况下的远场光强分布进行了分析。为半导体激光器的发散角、功率分布等参数的测试提供了理论基础。Abstract: The expression of the far-field light intensity of LD (laser diode) at any spatial location is deduced with Fourier transformation and conversion of coordinates.On this basis,the far-field light intensity distribution is analyzed while the posture of LD relative to origin O has rotated or translated.The theoretical basis has been provided for the testing of parameters like disperse angle and distribution of light intensity etc.of LD.
