Abstract: This article introduces a new charge and discharge circuit of Ti:sapphire laser power supply for the flash lamp.The capacitor is charged by resonant transformer, and the magnetic pulse compressor (MPC) as a discharge switch instead of thyratron used in Ti:sapphire laser power supply for the flash lamp.The function of the circuit is described.
