The design and test of thin film polarizing beam splitting prism

摘要: 基于MacNeille薄膜偏光分束镜的设计原理,以LaK2(1.64)玻璃为基底,采用ZrO2和SiO2为高低膜料进行膜系设计。对制作的棱镜进行测试,结果表明,透射p光偏振特性优良,其消光比高达2.1×10-4,同时发现其消光比受视场角的影响比较大,入射角越小其消光比越高。Abstract: The thin film polarizing beam splitting prism is designed based on MacNeille type by using LaK2 substrate and ZrO2,SiO2 thin film material.The test show that the prism has excellent polarizing character,the splitting character is good at the range of 550nm~750nm,the extinction ratio is 2.1×10-4,the extinction ratio turns big when the incident angle change small.
