Overview of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 综述了激光感生击穿光谱技术及其研究现状。对激光感生击穿光谱的原理、特点、理论上和应用中的发展历史和现状进行了系统地介绍。理论上的研究包括激光感生等离子体内部的平衡及非平衡等问题;在应用研究上,激光感生击穿光谱开始广泛地应用于燃烧、冶金、水污染、土污染、艺术品及染料鉴定等行业,并开始有成品仪器出现。
    Abstract: The present application and study situation of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) are reviewed. The principle,characters,history and recent trend of LIBS are introduced systematically.Theoretically,some equilibrium and non equilibrium problems in laser-induced plasma are studied deeply. In addition,the LIBS technology has widely applied in some fields,such as combustion,metallurgy,water and soil pollution,artwork authenticate,polymer identification and so on.Furthermore,there are some instruments coming into the market.
