摘要: 激光功率是激光器中最基本的参数,激光功率的稳定、准确将对激光加工等领域产生直接而巨大的影响.在大功率CO2激光器功率测控系统中,采用尾镜即全反球面镜漏光进行激光功率采样,并通过西门子S7-200PLC实现对整个系统的激光功率测控,可以有效提高对激光器的控制精度和稳定性,且不影响激光输出Abstract: Power is a basic parameter of the laser.Its' stabilization and accuracy will directly influence laser process and many other fields.The power detection and control system for high power CO2 laser samples the laser power by the transmission light of the high reflective mirror.Furthermore,it can detect and monitor the laser power of the whole system by a S7-200 PLC.It greatly enhances the stabilization and accuracy of the control,and has no influence on the output.
