The study on biochemistry effects of He Ne laser pretreatmented seed of isatis indigotica

摘要: 以菘蓝(isatis indigotica)种子为实验材料,研究了不同时间长度的He-Ne激光辐照对菘蓝幼苗中α-淀粉酶活性、谷丙转氨酶活性、谷草转氨酶活性、丙酮酸、可溶性蛋品质和可溶性糖含量的影响.结果表明,4种处理均能不同程度提高菘蓝幼苗中α-淀粉酶、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的活性.对α淀粉酶活性而言,7min的He-Ne激光处理效果最好;而对谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的活性来说,5min的He-Ne激光处理效果最好.4种处理均能不同程度提高菘蓝幼苗中可溶性蛋白质、丙酮酸和可溶性糖的含量,比较而言,5min的HeN-e激光处理效果最好.Abstract: The effects of He-Ne laser on vigor of α-amylase,GPT,GOT and content of soluble protein and soluble sacchrides of isatis indigotica have been studied.The results indicate:four treatments have improved the vigor of α-amylase,GPT and GOT.Moreover,7min treatment is the best for α-amylase,and 5min treatment is the best for GPT and GOT.Four treatments have improved apparently content,protein content and soluble sacchrides of isatis indigotica,5min treatment is the best among four treatments.
