Measurement of thermal focal length of LD-end-pumped crystal under stable-cavity-condition

摘要: 利用稳腔条件,从谐振腔的角度推导了热焦距计算公式,并作了简单的等效,为热焦距的测量提供了方便简洁的方法.从实验的角度,对掺杂为0.5%的Nd:YVO4晶体的热焦距进行实际测量,得出了不同泵浦功率下的热焦距数值.对列阵半导体激光端面泵浦下激光晶体的热效应作了分析,用热焦距计算公式进行计算,把结果与利用稳腔条件测量所得结果进行了比较.两种结果基本吻合,变化趋势一致.Abstract: Under stable-cavity-condition,expression of thermal focal length is educed in the view of cavity.Thermal focal length of Nd:YVO4 crystal is measured,and the result is obtained in experiment.We calculate it in its traditional formula too.At last the two results is compared,and we make a conclusion that they are coincident basically.
