Abstract: Based on optical transmission matrix,multi-element thermal lens resonator is analyzed. The way to adjust rods' matching and coupling is presnted. Theoretical analysis is accordant with the experiment results. For three rod serial CW Nd3+:YAG laser,the stable output power between (0～1)kW is acquired.
