A3钢表面激光熔覆金属陶瓷TiC-B4C-SiC-Co材料研究

Research of metal-ceramic TiC-B4C-SiC-Co laser cladding on A3 steel

  • 摘要: 介绍了利用大功率CO2激光束在A3钢表面制备高硬质金属陶瓷TiC-B4C-SiC-Co的方法,并对不同扫描速度下熔覆层的组织形态、显微硬度、合金层成分、耐磨损等性能进行了分析。结果表明,利用激光在低质钢材表面涂覆碳化物陶瓷,经激光处理后,能使低质钢材表面的化学成分发生根本性变化,表面硬度和耐磨性均有很大的提高。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the surface performance of A3 steel,we utilize a high power CO2 laser beam to treat TiC-B4C-SiC-Co clad surface. It is obvious that the laser beam scanning speed is a important factor on the structure,hardness and resistance to abrasion of the alloy surface. This paper introduces the experimental research procedure,and the experimental results,which are useful to select the beam scanning and other technical parameters.
