摘要: 报道了激光二极管泵浦的低阈值自调Q946nmNd3+,Cr4+:YAG微片激光器的实验研究。激光器实现稳定的单频、基横模和偏振输出,输出斜率效率达到22%。946nm激光直接腔外倍频得到473nm蓝光输出,光-光倍频转换效率达到15%。Abstract: A stable low-threshold self-Q-switched diode-pumped 946nm Nd3+,Cr4+∶YAG microchip laser operating in single frequency and fundamental transversal mode is presented in this paper.The output slope efficiency of 22% is achieved.Combining the microchip and an external frequency doubler,473nm blue laser emission is achieved with an optical conversion efficiency of 15%.
