摘要: 介绍了LD泵浦Nd3+:YVO41342nm激光器得到296mW的激光输出,最大斜率效率达到21.2%。同时给出了1342nm激光的光谱曲线及其输入-输出功率特性曲线。Abstract: A LD pumped Nd3+∶YVO4 laser emitting at 1342nm is introduced.The laser output power about 296mW was obtained,the maximum slope efficiency is up to 21.2%.The spectrum curve at 1342nm and the input-output power curve are given.
