双BBO腔内倍频消除走离效应对激光器的影响

摘要: LD泵浦的Nd:YAG/BBO腔内倍频蓝光激光器中的第2个BBO倍频晶体的光轴相对于第1个BBO倍频晶体的光轴成两倍位相匹配角放置时,可补偿倍频光束在晶体内的走离效应,能有效地改善倍频光输出激光光斑质量。在每个BBO晶体的长度为1.5倍的有效作用长度时,仍获得了椭圆度为0.99的圆形光斑。Abstract: With the optical axis of the second BBO crystal twice the phase matching angle relative to the first one in LD-pumped intracavity doubling solid-state Nd:YAG/BBO blue laser,walk-off effect has been compensated and the beam quality has been improved.When each BBO crystal is 1.5 times longer than the effective interaction length,the output beam of the Nd:YAG/BBO/BBO laser is still circular and the ellipticity is 0.99.
