18Cr2Ni4W钢渗碳激光强化复合处理研究

Study on 18Cr2Ni4W steel treated by carburizing and laser transformation hardening

  • 摘要: 利用扫描电镜、透射电镜和图像分析仪,对18Cr2Ni4W钢渗碳激光强化复合处理试样微观组织进行了较细致的研究。结果表明,18Cr2Ni4W钢在复合工艺作用下,随着表面硬化区层深的变化,其组织结构发生明显变化;由于钢中存在大量的合金元素,致使表面硬化层产生大量的残留奥氏体,降低了表面的硬度;随着激光扫描速度的增加,硬化区硬度增大。

     

    Abstract: The experiment that 18Cr2Ni4W steels were treated by carburizing and laser transformation hardening was carried out. The microst ructure of the treated steel was studied in detail by SEM,TEM and image analyzer. The results show that the microstructure obviously varies with the change of depth in laser hardened zone;the large amount of residual austenite is produced due to existence of ally elements in the steel during laser transformation hardening,which decrease surface hardness;with the scanning speed going up,the hardness is increased.
