激光加热时冷冻生物组织内解冻过程的数值模拟

Numerical simulation on the trawing of biological tissue induced by laser irradiation

  • 摘要: 对激光加热时冷冻生物组织内的解冻过程进行了数值模拟。结果发现,虽然激光对生物组织的加热具有容积加热的特点,但以激光为热源时,生物组织内的解冻过程仍然呈现出与普通热源加热时的解冻过程相似的规律。组织吸收系数对解冻过程有较大影响,吸收系数越高,组织解冻过程越趋于普通热源加热时的解冻过程。
    Abstract: This paper describes a numerical study on the thawing of biological tissue induced by laser irradiation. The calculating results show that,although the laser beam heats the biological tissue in a volumetric manner,the thawing process of biological tissue induced by laser heating is similar to that induced by ordinary heating source. The absorption coefficient of biological tissue has a great influence on the thawing process. When the absorption coefficient increases,the thawing process induced by laser heating approaches that induced by ordinary heating source.
