The researches of laser disturbance effects in IR system processing circuit

摘要: 根据红外系统信号处理电路原理和等效RC时间常数,分析了激光辐照红外系统使信号处理电路输出信号消失,然后再逐渐恢复到正常现象产生的机理。理论分析和实验研究表明,红外系统输出信号消失或恢复的时间不但与激光辐照功率和时间有关,而且主要取决于信号处理电路的等效RC时间常数。RC时间常数越大,输出信号的消失和恢复时间就越长。激光对红外系统输出信号的干扰时间不但与滤光片/探测器吸收入射光能量产生的热效应有关,而且还主要取决于信号处理电路RC时间常数的影响。实验验证了这种结论,说明这种解释有一定的合理性。Abstract: According to principle of IR processing circuit and time constant of RC,the output signal of processing circuit is analyzed when laser irradiates IR system. At first,the output signal of processing circuit is disappear,then it becomes normal gradually. By theoretical analysis and experiment research,the disappearance of output signal in IR system is not only related with power and time of laser,but also related with the time constant of RC. The bigger of RC time constant,the longer the time which output signal of processing circuit is disappear and becomes normal. When laser irradiates IR system,the disturbance time of output signal is not only related with thermal effects generated by absorbed power of detector and filter,but also related with the time constant of RC in IR system. The experiment proves that the theoretical analysis is advisable.
