耐火材料激光表面改性的研究现状及前景

Present status and prospect of laser surface modification of refractory materials

  • 摘要: 利用激光能量密度高、加热和冷却速度快、可控性好、工艺简单等特点对陶瓷类耐火材料进行表面处理,可以在对基材性能影响极小的前提下,提高其表面致密度,从而改善抗侵蚀性能。从耐火材料的材料成分、激光工艺、激光处理层的宏观和微观质量及抗侵蚀性能等角度全面分析了这一新技术的研究现状,并指出了存在的问题和今后发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: The surface densification of the ceramic-matrix refractory materials could be readily achieved by laser surface modification technique with little damage to the substrate,and thus to enhance their erosion resistance owing to the significant advantages of this technique,such as high power density,rapid heating and cooling rate,reliable controllability and simplicity of the process.In present report,the status of this new technique is reviewed from the following aspects,namely the compositions of the refractory materials for laser surface treatment,the laser parameters,the macrostructure and microstructure of the laser treated zones and the erosion resistance.Finally the existing problems and prospect are put forward.
