激光熔覆快速制造金属零件研究与发展

Research and development on laser direct manufacturing metallic components

  • 摘要: 论述了激光快速直接制造的国内外研究和发展现状,介绍了激光快速制造金属零件的方法,重点说明了基于激光熔覆的快速制造技术和激光制造技术涉及的关键问题:精密高质量同轴送粉熔覆系统、激光熔覆的工艺优化与稳定性和激光熔覆过程的检测与闭环控制。展示了激光熔覆快速制造的典型金属零件和应用领域。提出了激光熔覆制造进一步研究的方向。

     

    Abstract: This paper summarized the research and development on laser direct manufacturing (LDM) metallic components based on laser cladding technology. The various direct manufacturing methods were introduced with the main emphasis on laser clad based manufacturing technology and its important technological constitutes: high quality coaxial nozzle,optimization of the laser cladding technique and the closed loop control of the process. The typical metallic components produced and the main application fields of LDM were demonstrated. The further research interests on LDM were proposed.
