铯原子钟速度分布的计算机模型

Numerical model of cesium atomic clock velocity distribution

  • 摘要: 基于已建立的小型铯原子钟计算机模型系统,研究了铯束原子速度为双峰分布和三峰分布对原子钟微波频谱的影响。分析了在此条件下的钟跃迁微波频谱的主要变化特征,并与文献报道的NBS4磁选态铯原子钟情形和北京大学的小型光抽运铯原子钟的实验结果作了比较和分析,证实束原子速度为双峰分布时微波谱所表现的特征。

     

    Abstract: Based on a numerical model cesium atomic clock designed before,the influence of atomic velocity distribution consisting of two peaks and three peaks has been studied respectively.The main characteristics of the microwave spectra under this circumstance has been analyzed and compared with the reported phenomenon in NBS-4 magnetic state-selection cesium clock and the recent experimental result of an optically pumped small cesium clock in Peking University.The characteristic of the microwave spectra in the case of atomic velocity distribution consisting of two peaks has been verified.
