中红外光参量振荡器发展状况分析

Development of mid-infrared optical parametric oscillator

  • 摘要: 讨论了基于双折射相位匹配的AgGaS2,AgGaSe2,ZnGeP2,KTP及其同类晶体KTA光学参量振荡器(OPO)的发展状况;并就基于周期性极化准相位匹配的LiNbO3 光学参量振荡器技术进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: In the paper,mid infrared optical parametric oscillator based on birefringent nonlinear crystals such as KTP,KTA,AgGaS2,AgGaSe2and ZnGeP2 are introduced and discussed.Finally quasi phase matcched periodically poled LiNbO3 OPO is analyzed that can produce quasi continuous and continuous waves in the range of 3~5μm.
