激光弯曲成形数值模拟的研究进展

Development of numerical simulation in laser bending

  • 摘要: 激光弯曲成形相对于传统成形工艺的优势已逐渐被人们所认识,但目前应用该技术的最大障碍是如何将工艺参数与最终成形相联系。数值模拟技术为解决该问题提供了有效手段。概要介绍了最近几年来有关激光弯曲成形的数学物理模型最新进展。指出了未来应重点研究的几个方向。

     

    Abstract: The advantages of laser bending over traditional forming processes are being recognized.However,the biggest problem in current appliccation is lack of information of process parameters to form predefined final shapes.Numerical simulation is a useful way in this field.Several recent mathematical models of laser bending are examined and key areas for the future are suggested in the paper.
