激光显示系统中光束行偏转器的设计与研究

摘要: 首次提出并设计了适合于高速偏转场合的多柱转镜式行偏转器,给出了加工工艺.研究了多柱转镜的扫描效果和光束入射的最优位置;分析了多柱转镜的动力学特性.采用多柱转镜作为光束行偏转器可以简化系统结构、降低系统成本,由于工作转速低,简化了转镜的静平衡和动平衡,可有效提高转镜的运转精度;多柱转镜反射的光束经过调整透镜的调整,提高了系统的性能.Abstract: A horizontal beam deflector with a rotating polycylinder mirror used for the situation of high scan frequuency is newly designed.The material and processing technology of the cylinder body are brought forward.The optical character and the scan result of the rotating polycylinder mirror are studied.The dynamic character of the rotating polyclinder-mirror is studied too.The lens to correct the scan light nonlinear deflection by the rotating mirror is studied.As the horizontal beam deflector,the rotating polycylinder-mirror can simplify the structure and decrease the cost of system.The static and dynamic balance is easy to be insured because of the lower rotating speed of polycylinder-mirror,and also resulted in a high rotating precision.The light deflected by the rotating mirror can be corrected by correcting lens,which inccreases the property of system.
