Abstract: Some problems present in the process of adjustment for a self-developed capillary-discharge-pumped table-top X-ray laser have discussed in the paper.Under the condition that the capillary charge filled with Ar gas,a significant result has been obtained with output current of 38kA,current pulse rising edge of 40ns.At present,experimental study on Ar filled capillary discharge fluorescence spectra is proceeding on the setup.
