摘要: 分析与计算了光电成像系统对1.06μm激光光斑的探测性能,根据计算结果,设计了一个与特定CCD摄像机相匹配的光学成像物镜,最后给出了实验结果.Abstract: The detection performance of a photoelectric imaging system on 1.06μm laser facula is analyzed.Based on the result,an objective lens matching the CCD camera has been designed.Finally,the experiment results are presented.
