摘要: 利用SOA实现波长变换有3种技术：交叉增益调制(XGM),交叉相位调制(XPM)和四波混频(FWM)。作者描述了这三种技术的特点、基本原理、系统结构,介绍了有应用前景的波长变换方案Abstract: We show three wavelength conversion technologies based on XGM, XPM and FWM of SOA. We introduce their principles, characters and useful experiment setups for the future alloptical WDM network.
