小型Cr4+:YAG调Q重频热传导冷却(Nd, Ce):YAG激光器研究

摘要: 对小型Cr4+:YAG被动调Q重频热传导自然冷却(Nd,Ce):YAG激光器进行了理论与实验研究。采用氙灯泵浦,注入能量3.6~4.8J,实现重频(2~5pps)单脉冲能量输出10~15mJ,最大单脉冲输出能量25mJ,脉宽6~12ns,对应的静态能量输出20~30mJ,动静比达50%,实现了器件的小型化和工程化,器件工作的环境温度范围达+60℃~-40℃,可用于机载激光测距。Abstract: Theoretical and experimental study has been carried out on Cr4+:YAG Q-switched,repetitive,conductive cooling,miniature(Ce,Nd):YAG lasers. The optimum operate condition is presented. Using a xenon flash lamp with 3.6~4.8J as the pump energy,we obtained repetitive(2~5pps) single pulse laser output of 10~15mJ with pulse width of 6~12ns.The operate ambient temperature range is +60℃~-40℃.
