碳钢的激光冲击强化研究

Study on laser shock strengthening of carbon steel

  • 摘要: 利用高功率密度(GW/cm2)短脉冲(ns)激光对45碳钢进行了激光冲击处理,观察了激光冲击处理后45碳钢显微组织和结构的变化,并用扫描电镜对疲劳断口形貌进行了分析。试验结果表明:激光冲击强化能有效地阻止疲劳裂纹的萌生和扩展,45碳钢的疲劳寿命得到较大提高。

     

    Abstract: High power density(GW/cm2)short pulse(ns) laser was used for laser shock processing(LSP)45 carbon steel.The effect of LSP on the microstructure and structural changes of 45 carbon steel was studied.The fatigue fracture shapes of unshocked section and shocked section of the sample were examined with the scanning electron microscope(SEM).The experimental results show that laser shock processing can make the fatigue crack of 45 carbon steel not easy to initiate and propagate.The fatigue life of 45 carbon steel was significantly increased.
