Development of closed-loop control technology in laser machining

摘要: 为了改变激光加工结果的不可预见性,国外发展了基于实时检测原理的闭环控制新技术,从而能在保证加工质量的前提下轻易地获得最优的加工参数,克服了“试错法”的缺点。作者分析了多种控制方法的优缺点及适应范围,指出了选择传感器的主要考虑因素及未来的发展方向。Abstract: In order to change the blind process of laser machining,a new closed-loop control technology is developed in abroad based on realtime testing principle.Therefore,the optimal processing parameters are abtained easily subject to quality cons traints,and the disadvantages of trial-and-error are overcomed.This paper ana lyses the features of kinds control methods and points out the main factors which are considered to select sensor.
