激光熔覆层微剪切性能的研究

Study of micro shear properties of laser-clad coatings

  • 摘要: 利用微剪切试验原理对Fe-Cr-Ni合金和Fe-Cr-Ni-+N包MS2激光熔覆层、熔覆层与基材交界处以及热影响区进行了微剪切试验。结果表明:熔覆层的剪切强度大小依熔覆合金成分而定;熔覆层与基材交界处的剪切强度比热影响区高,并比某些合金的熔覆层高。这说明,激光熔覆工艺中的熔覆层与基材交界处不是传统观念上的薄弱环节。

     

    Abstract: For a surface coating technology,the binding strength is an important parameter to indicate the ability of the technology.This paper reported the results of micro shearing experiments to Fe-Cr-Ni alloy,Fe-Cr-Ni(MoS2) alloy coatings.The results show that the shearing strength of the interface between clad layer and substrate is higher than of substrate and clad layer of some alloys.In this experiment,the CW CO2 laser was used,and its output power was 2kW,beam spot was 5mm,cladding speed was 4mm/s.
