Abstract: This paper first presents goals and key techniq ues for the design of the controlling system of Nd:YAG medical laser. After pro posing the basic concept of the object-oriented technology, this paper illu strate the object-oriented model of the controlling system for Nd:YAG medical laser. The attributes and the methods for each objects in the model are also discussed in detail in this paper.
