摘要: 在激光加工技术中,自适应光学元器件的应用越来越广。介绍了自适应反射镜和透镜的原理及其在一般激光切割、厚钢板的激光锯切和三维激光焊接中的应用。Abstract: Adaptive optics are being used widely in laser material processing technology. The theory and a new application of adaptive optics are described in conventional laser cutting, thick sheet metal laser sawing and three-dimension laser welding.
