工程型人眼“安全”CO2激光测距机

Engineering “eye-safe” CO2 laser rangefinder

  • 摘要: 已研制成功了一台由微机控制、采用小型金属陶瓷TEACO2激光器作光源、以分置式闭合循环Stirling机致冷CMT探测器的工程型人眼“安全”CO2激光测距机.该机采用模块化结构,具有故障自动诊断能力、数据存贮及数据传输的RS422接口电路.其运行性能稳定可靠、维修使用方便,经过全面严格的环境适应性能检测和野外试验,其性能完全满足设计要求并已正式提供用户使用.简要介绍了CO2激光测距机的设计、结构及其主要性能.

     

    Abstract: We have developed an engineering "eye-safe" CO2 laser rangefinder (LRF).It is based on a miniature metal-ceramic TEA CO2 laser operating at 10.6 micronmeters and CMT detector cooled by splitting close-cycle Stirling.The CO2 LRF has modular construction and diagnosing failures automati-cly,data storage and RS422 transmitt interface.Its operation is stable and reliable,easily matain and use.It have been succeeded in seriously checkout for enviromental suitability,examine of specifications and field test.The all specifications have sufficed requirements to usage and have been turned over to a comsumer.The article discribes the TEA CO2 LRF design configuration and its main specifications.
