Investigation of laser damage of materials assisted by DC spark discharge

  • 摘要: 分析了直流火花放电辅助下激光破坏金属和绝缘体的机理,介绍了有关实验方案和结果.研究表明,在适当的直流火花放电辅助下,激光对材料的破坏作用大大增强,这种方法可望在激光加工技术中得到有效的应用.
    Abstract: This paper introduces the physical mechanism of laser damage of metal materials and isolation materials,assisted by the DC spark discharge,and discusses the relation of DC spark discharge factors and the laser parameters,effecting on the laser cutting and laser drilling.A experimental setup is established to analysis the electrode arrangement and spark factors and to fined the optimum match of DC discharge factors and laser parameters.The experiment results show that the quality of laser cutting and laser drilling with DC spark discharge will considerably improve and the technique can be widely used in laser processing.
