Study of damage effects of rabbit eyes induced by coupling cavity injection mode-locked Nd:YAG laser pulse train

摘要: 介绍Nd:YAG耦合腔自注入锁模基频皮秒激光脉冲列对兔眼的急性损伤效应,并与锁模倍频0.53μm激光及固体色心片锁模纳秒激光脉冲列损伤效应相比较。结果表明,锁模基频激光脉冲列兔眼急性损伤ED50≈83.5μJ,在损伤发生率为40%时,基频和倍频平均角膜入射量分别为62.2μJ和6.1μJ,比值为10:1,在损伤发生率为83.3%时,纳秒和皮秒基频脉冲列,平均角膜入射量分别为1190μJ和260μJ,比值为5:1.Abstract: A comparison of acute ocular damages of rabbit eyes induced by the coupling cavity injection mode-locked Nd:YAG laser picosecond pulse train and its doubled frequency 0.53μm pulse train and nanosecond pulse train using solid color centre crystal mode-locked was reported.The result showed that the ocular damages(ED50) was 83.5μJ at 1.06μm for mode-locked picosecond laser pulse train;the energy required to produce lesions in 40% events was 62.2μJ at 1.06μm and 6.1μJ at 0.53μm,ratio 10:1,and the dose required in 83.3% events,for nanosecond and picosecond laser pulse train,was 1190μJ and 260μJ at 1.06μm,ratio 5:1 approximately.
