Evaluation to some making methods of embossing holographic master

  • 摘要: 本文对用光刻胶作记录材料拍摄模压母版全息图片常用的几种方法作了评价介绍.指出其中以一步成象法拍摄效果最佳,实验操作也容易,但拍摄投资太大.一步直接法,必须要有高分辨率,高对比度和低噪声的二维模板,否则必然导致失败.由于它对拍摄设备要求不高,故投资较小.一步投影法的拍摄效果较差,且拍摄对象受到不少限制,故只有在没有条件采用其它办法的时候才用之.二步法由于母全息图的成象差问题,以及对光能的利用率太低,最好作为一步直接法的辅助方法.
    Abstract: This paper compared several methods of making the photoresist embossing holographic master and gave out the evaluation.The one-step imaging process provide the functions of the better effect and simple process,but the method needs huge investment.For one-step direct method,it is essential to have a two dimension pattern plate with high resolution,high contrast and low noise.Otherwise than one-step imaging process,the one-step direct method needn't high quality equipments,so the investmen is lower.The one-step projection method can not provide better effect and is seriously restricted by the operating condition,so the method is used only when others can not be used.Owing to the aberration of master and lower utilization ratio of light energy,the two-step method is used only as an auxi liary means of one-step direct method.
