Abstract: The first ruby laser had been demonstrated 35-years ago,since then the medical laser techniques have been researching and developing to provide a large of laser medical instruments.This paper reviews the developing course of the laser medicine and points out that with the developing of lasers and laser new wavelength the laser techniques will have the wide applications in medicine,especially in laser ophthalmology,microscopy surgery,laser acupuncture and etc.
