摘要: 提出了一种可用于红外检偏的偏振器原理设计,用于强二氧化碳激光束作用下金属光学常数的测定,并论述了通过实验测量求光学常数的计算方法。Abstract: This paper reported the design of a polarizer,which is used in detection of the optical constant of metal materials.The polarizer is composed of three reflective mirrors set at Brewster's angle.This polarized laser beam is employed experimentally to detect the reflective properties or optical constants of metal surface at different incident angles.
