气固两相自由射流中颗粒相粒度、浓度和速度测量装置

A system for simultaneously measuring of particle size, concentration and velocity in air solid two phase free jet

  • 摘要: 为对喷嘴出口内径为42mm的气固两相自由射流进行实时测量,研制成一台颗粒粒度、浓度和速度的测量装置。论述了根据Mie散射理论的渡越时间测量技术进行颗粒粒度和平均速度测量的基本原理,对粒径范围在10~105μm氧化铝粉末进行了一系列试验,所得结果进行了分析讨论。

     

    Abstract: A measurement system has been established to measure the size,concentration and velocity of particles in a horizontal air particle free jet from a nozzle of 42mm ID.The principles of evaluation of the particle size and average velocity,which is based on Mie scattering theory and transit timing technique,is presented in this paper.According to the evaluation,a series of the experiments are made to prove the agreement between the evaluation and experimental results,using the powder of aluminum oxide of 10~105μm.The measurement system has the features of the relatively simple optical system,low cast and high space discriminability.
