Microstructure and properties of laser cladding metal ceramic alloy layer

摘要: 介绍了用大功率CO2激光束在45#钢表面进行的金属陶瓷复合合金TiC-WC-Co的熔覆处理,对熔覆样品的显微组织和性能进行了测试和分析,同时对熔覆层形成的机理作了初步讨论.Abstract: This paper presents the experimental research on the TiC-WC-Co metal ceramic alloy cladded on No.45 steel surface by using a high power CO2 laser.The microstructure or hardness of the cladding layer is subjected to the effects of laser energy density and scanning speed.Furthermore,the preliminary discussion on the mechanism of metal ceramic alloy resulted from laser cladding is also given.
