摘要: 提出了一种新的放电激励技术用于扩散冷却CO2激光器,在5mm×30mm×446mm的放电空间获得均匀稳定的辉光放电及10W的激光输出.Abstract: In this paper,we present a new discharge technique for exciting of the diffusion cooled CO2 lasers.Using a square wave discharge power source operating at 30kHz,a uniform stable glow discharge has been obtained in the volume of 5mm×30mm×446mm and the output power is 10W.
