调QNd:YAG脉冲激光在LiIO3中倍频的应力波
Stress wave in LiIO3 crystal induced by Q-switched Nd:YAG laser pulse radiation

摘要: 当调QNd:YAG脉冲激光通过LiIO3晶体时,由于晶体弱吸收激光而在其内激起应力波.在激光倍频时这种波得到增强,并随倍频的位相失配角变化.研究表明,这是因为激光倍频时部分1.064μm的基频激光转换成0.532μm的倍频光,并且LiIO3晶体吸收倍频光比吸收基频光更强.Abstract: When Q-switched Nd:YAG laser radiation goes through a LiIO3 crystal,the stress wave will be induced for the laser radiation weak absorption of the crystal.In SHG of 1064nm laser radiation,the stress wave are enhanced and vary with the variation of phase mismatching angle.In this process,there exist the 1064nm fundamental laser radiation and 532nm SHG radiation in LiIO3 crystal,and the absorption to 532nm laser radiation is more serious than to 1064nm laser radiation.
