激光深穿透焊接的理论模型

Mathematical analysis about deep penetration laser welding

  • 摘要: 我们把激光能量当作线状移动热源,分析了激光深穿透焊接的热循环,并由此导出焊缝深度与焊缝宽度之乘积随焊接速度的变化,其理论值与实际值十分接近。

     

    Abstract: We take the laser beam energy as a line heat source to analyze the temperature field distribution T=(p/hν)/2(πεcρt)1/2exp-y2/(4αt) of the deep penetration laser welding,and emphasized the relation Bh=√2(πe)(1/cρTm)(p/v) of the welding speed v,and the depth B and width h of the welded seam.The experimental results show that the theoretical analysis are well agreement with practical operation.
