Abstract: In this paper,we mainly discusses the emergence and developing of the melted pool in the process of impulse laser conduction welding.According to thermal conduction equation,the numerical model of nonlinear parabola equation and the numerical resolution of the instantaneous temperature distribution obtained.The experiments show the good agree with the results of numerical calculation.
