    唐霞辉,男,1963年11月出生。硕士,讲师。目前主要从事高功率CO2激光焊接工艺,光致等离子体机理、检测、控制等方面的研究工作。

Detection of laser-induced plasma for high-power laser beam welding

  • 摘要: 系统地归纳了高功率激光焊接过程中光致等离子体的声、光、电、热等四种特征信号,综述了国外在等离子体信号检测方面的试验方法及研究进展,分析了未来的发展趋势。
    Abstract: The paper systematically summarizes the four kinds of characteristic signals as acoustics,light,electricity,heat etc.,for laser induced plasma in high power laser beam welding,also summarizes the overseas experimental methods and research status on detection of plasma signals,at last, analyses the future development in this respect.
