Transformation properties of laser beams passing through axicon system and their applications

  • 摘要: 本文对轴棱锥系统对激光束的变换特性作了详细分析。结果表明,本文提出的新型轴棱锥光学系统具有某些实际应用价值。
    Abstract: In this paper,the transformation properties of the He-Ne and CO2 laser beams passing through a axicon system has been experimentally investigated in detail. Based on the geometrical optics,the optieal transformation properties of the axicon system are also analysed. For some practieal applications,the schemes of the uniform line focucing and the annular beam are prope and have high transformation efficiency. The speem can be widely used in laser processing,beam alignment and focucing.
