摘要: 分析了工业TEACO2激光器采用自动换气时的换气速率和稳定性,并给出了在实际应用中得到证实的计算公式.Abstract: In this Paper,the gAs excise rate β and the operation stablity of TEA CO2 laser are analyzed,when a automatic gas exchange system is used.The mathematical equation of βis derived.The examment results shag that the caledatiou and measusement are well coincident.
