摘要: 本文主要对质子交换LiNbO3波导进行了研究,分析了退火对质子交换LiNbO3波导的重要性.Abstract: In this paper,the annealing procedure of proton-exchange LiNbO3 waveguide isanalyzed.Experimentally,elctron-opticcal index of LiNbO3,relationship of thickness of waveguide andannealing time are studied.
